Key Responsibilities
Classroom Instruction & Learning
Create a warm, positive, and engaging classroom environment.
Deliver age-appropriate lessons in literacy, numeracy, EVS, and early childhood development.
Use child-friendly, activity-based, and hands-on teaching methods.
Incorporate storytelling, rhymes, music, art, and play-based learning.
Child Development & Care
Observe and track each child's emotional, social, and academic progress.
Provide individual attention and support when needed.
Ensure the safety, hygiene, and overall well-being of all children.
Classroom Management
Maintain discipline positively through encouragement and clear routines.
Prepare learning materials, charts, and activity setups.
Keep the classroom clean, organized, and visually stimulating.
School Responsibilities
Communicate with parents regarding progress, behaviour, and activities.
Participate in assemblies, events, celebrations, and trainings.
Maintain records, lesson plans, and assessment sheets.
Work collaboratively with staff and follow school rules and policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, or equivalent)
Strong communication skills in English
Warm, patient, and child-friendly personality
Experience with pre-primary children (preferred, but not mandatory)
Willingness to learn and adapt to the school's teaching philosophy
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
