Job Description

The Pre-Primary Teacher is responsible for creating a positive, engaging, and enriching learning environment for children aged [specify age range, e.g., 3-6 years]. This role requires fostering the social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development of children by implementing developmentally appropriate activities, teaching strategies, and individualized attention.

Key Responsibilities

:

Instruction & Curriculum Delivery

: Plan, organize, and implement daily lessons based on a structured curriculum, incorporating play-based learning. Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the varying needs and learning styles of individual children. Encourage curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving skills through hands-on activities and interactive lessons.

Classroom Management

: Create a warm, welcoming, and safe classroom environment. Maintain discipline in accordance with the school's policies. Ensure the classroom is organized, clean, and conducive to learning.

Assessment & Reporting

: Observe and assess students' development, skills, and behavioral patterns regularly. Keep records of children's progress and share insights with parents during parent-teacher meetings or via regular updates.

Collaboration & Communication

: Work closely with other educators and staff members to support student growth and create a cohesive learning environment. Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and school management, sharing updates on child development and classroom activities.

Health & Safety

: Ensure children's safety at all times, both inside and outside the classroom. Maintain awareness of any medical needs or allergies and ensure proper care is provided.

Extracurricular Activities

: Plan and participate in school events, celebrations, and field trips to enrich the students' learning experience.

Qualifications

:

A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or related field (preferred). Certification in early childhood education. Experience working with young children, ideally in a pre-primary or preschool setting. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Patient, caring, and adaptable with a passion for working with young children.

:

Strong understanding of child development and early learning practices. Ability to create a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle classroom challenges with a positive attitude.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
