Plan and conduct age-appropriate, play-based, and experiential learning activities for pre-primary students
Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and motor skill development
Observe, assess, and document students' progress and maintain records
Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's development and progress
Maintain classroom discipline and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
Participate in school activities, meetings, and trainings
Qualifications & Requirements:
Graduation with
Montessori / NTT / ECCE
certification
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
as a pre-primary teacher (school experience preferred)
Good communication skills in English (knowledge of regional language is an added advantage)
Passion for early childhood education and strong classroom management skills
