Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Learning Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with early childhood learning goals.
Use play-based and experiential learning methods.

Introduce foundational concepts in literacy, numeracy, motor skills, and social behavior.

Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and learning materials.

Classroom Management Maintain a safe, hygienic, and child-friendly classroom.
Manage children with patience, care, and empathy.

Encourage positive behavior and social interaction.

Ensure constant supervision of children.

Child Development & Assessment Observe and record children's developmental progress.
Identify learning needs and provide individualized support.

Conduct periodic assessments and share feedback with parents.

Parent Interaction Communicate regularly with parents regarding child progress.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and orientation programs.

Administrative Responsibilities Maintain attendance records, lesson plans, and class reports.
Follow school policies, safety guidelines, and curriculum requirements.

Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of early childhood development.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.

Ability to create engaging, activity-based learning experiences.

Classroom management and empathy-driven approach.

Qualifications Mandatory: ECCEd certification (Early Childhood Care and Education).

Preferred: Bachelor's degree (any stream), prior teaching experience in pre-primary/early years.

Basic proficiency in English, storytelling, rhymes, and craft activities.

Work Experience 0-3 years (freshers with ECCEd also acceptable depending on school requirement).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
