Job Description

We are looking for Teachers whom we call "Mother Teachers" for the Foundation Stage (Pre-KG to Class 2) who are passionate about play-based and integrated learning. In this role, you will help build strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, language, social skills, and holistic development, while creating a safe, happy, and stimulating environment where children feel confident to explore, express, and grow.

Eligibility & Qualifications

12th Pass/ Graduate in any stream (B.Ed./ECCE/NTT preferred) Prior teaching experience preferred (Freshers may apply) Good communication skills in English (Proficiency) and digital literacy Passion for teaching young children Patience, creativity, and classroom management skills

Key Responsibilities:

Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment Develop basic literacy, numeracy, and social skills Use creative teaching methods such as activities, stories, games, and visual aids Assess students' progress and maintain academic records Maintain discipline with empathy and positive reinforcement Emotionally intelligent and child-first mindset
