The Pre-Primary Teacher is responsible for nurturing and educating young children (typically ages 3-6) by creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment that supports their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities based on the curriculum
Foster early literacy, numeracy, motor, and social skills through play-based learning
Create a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
Observe and assess children's progress and maintain development records
Encourage positive behavior, independence, and self-confidence
Use creative teaching methods such as storytelling, music, art, and games
Communicate regularly with parents about children's progress and needs
Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and learning materials
Support children's emotional well-being and social interaction
Collaborate with other teachers and staff
Follow school policies, child safety, and hygiene standards
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
Knowledge of child development and early learning practices
Relevant teaching certification (as required by local regulations)

Experience
