1. Child-Centric Learning & Individual Attention

Plan and deliver lessons tailored to each child's pace, strengths, and areas of improvement. Maintain observation notes for every child--academic, emotional, social, and behavioural. Ensure every child feels seen, valued, safe, and included in classroom activities. Identify early signs of learning difficulties or behavioural concerns and communicate promptly.

2. High-Quality Teaching & Curriculum Implementation

Implement YBRS's detailed curriculum with fidelity--phonics, numeracy, EVS, design thinking, art, music, life skills, etc. Conduct hands-on, experiential activities based on the YBRS philosophy of "learning by doing." Integrate stories, rhymes, sensory tasks, and creative thinking into daily lessons. Ensure readiness for the next level
