Roles of Trainer

You will play a crucial role in shaping young minds and creating meaningful learning experiences. Your key responsibilities include:

Creating a warm, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.

Planning and conducting play-based, inquiry-driven learning activities.

Preparing interactive and creative materials for classroom activities and displays.

Encouraging children's social, emotional, and intellectual development through arts, music, storytelling, imaginative play, and technology.

Maintaining a high standard of classroom management and ensuring a safe, stimulating environment.

Training and guiding classroom assistants in best practices for early childhood education.

Building strong partnerships with parents through regular feedback and communication.

Keeping records of children's progress and preparing term-wise reports and portfolios.

Leading curriculum discussions with fellow educators to enhance teaching strategies.

Primary Teacher

Female / Male candidate having min 3 years experience with B.ed required.
