Roles and Responsibilities:

Create a warm, caring, and stimulating learning environment for young children. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development. Foster creativity and curiosity through play-based and hands-on learning methods. Observe and assess each child's progress and maintain detailed records. Support children in developing language, numeracy, and early literacy skills. Ensure safety, hygiene, and discipline in the classroom. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and well-being. Participate in school events, workshops, and parent-teacher meetings. Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the preschool's overall growth.

Qualifications and Requirements:

NTT / ECE / Montessori certification (mandatory). Minimum 2 years of experience in a reputed preschool. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about early childhood education and child development. Creative, patient, and energetic teaching approach.

Note:

Transportation will not be provided for staff; candidates need to arrange their own transport.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
