Qualification:

NTT / Montessori / ECE Certified

Roles & Responsibilities:

Create a joyful, safe, and engaging classroom environment that nurtures early childhood development. Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons, activities, and learning experiences based on Montessori and play-way methodology. Assess the learning progress of children and maintain individual child observation records. Support emotional, social, and cognitive development through structured and unstructured activities. Ensure classroom discipline, cleanliness, hygiene, and child safety at all times. Communicate regularly and effectively with parents regarding student progress and behavior. Participate in school events, celebrations, training, and staff meetings. Encourage creativity, storytelling, phonics, rhymes, art, craft, and hands-on learning experiences.

Qualifications & Skills Required (Single Line):

NTT / Montessori / ECE Certification mandatory, Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in preschool, Strong communication skills, Warm & patient personality, Passion for working with young children.

Note:

Transportation will not be provided.

Candidates must arrange their own commute.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
