Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate Pre Primary Teacher to join our Podar Jumbo Kids branch in Nanded. This is a full-time junior-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience in early childhood education. You will be responsible for nurturing and educating our young learners in a creative and engaging environment to provide them with a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
Qualifications and Skills

• Proven work experience of 1 to 3 years in early childhood education, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of child development.
• Strong classroom management skills to maintain a positive learning environment and address behavioral issues effectively.
• Proficiency in creative arts to implement artistic activities that foster creativity and self-expression among children.
• Experience in conducting sensorial activities that enhance cognitive and sensory skills in young learners.
• Expertise in phonics instruction to develop strong literacy skills in early learners.
• Excellent parent communication skills to foster a collaborative relationship with parents and address their concerns adeptly.
• Familiarity with Montessori methods to facilitate independent learning and tailored educational experiences.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the varying needs and interests of children.

• Maintain a safe, inviting, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration.
• Incorporate creative arts and sensorial activities into daily lessons to enhance engagement and development.
• Provide individualized attention to support each child's learning style and capabilities.
