Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans for pre-primary students
Conduct interactive learning sessions using storytelling, activities, and play-based methods
Maintain a warm, caring, and safe classroom environment
Track student progress and maintain academic records
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development
Assist in organizing school events, celebrations, and class activities
Ensure classroom discipline while maintaining a child-friendly atmosphere
Work closely with the academic team to deliver high-quality early education
What We're Looking For:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education (Preferred)
Skills:
Strong communication, creativity, patience, and classroom management
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a pre-primary or kindergarten setting
