Job Title: Pre primary teacher (Mother Teacher)

This role involves nurturing children's emotional well-being and basic life skills, while also supporting their academic development. The teacher will build strong relationships with students, helping them feel secure and valued.

Creating a positive and nurturing learning environment:

This includes fostering a sense of safety, security, and belonging for young children.

Developing strong relationships with students:

Establishing a strong bond with children to create a sense of trust and support.

Supporting learning and development:

Assisting children in various subjects, including language, literacy, math, and social-emotional skills.

Promoting emotional well-being:

Providing emotional support and guidance to help children navigate their emotions and develop social skills.

Implementing age-appropriate activities:

Designing and implementing engaging activities that cater to the developmental needs of young children.

Collaborating with parents and caregivers:

Communicating with parents to share insights about their child's progress and to work collaboratively to support their development.

Managing classroom behavior:

Establishing and maintaining a positive classroom environment by using effective discipline strategies.

Utilizing educational technology:

Integrating technology to enhance the learning experience and make learning more engaging for young children.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching methods for young children . Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills . Patience, empathy, and a warm, nurturing personality . Ability to build strong relationships with children and their families . Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field . Experience in early childhood education or childcare .
Note: able to handle 15 children in class including safety, attendance, food monitoring, syllabus etc

Timings: 8:30am-3:30pm

Years of Experience: preferred: 2 to 3 yrs

Curriculum- integrated - (Cambridge + IB+ CBSE)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
