Key Accountabilities/Activities:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Classroom arrangement should be appropriate to lesson plan goals.

? Planning, preparing and delivering lessons to a range of classes including putting up displays.

? Supervise classroom activities in a proactive, patient, and loving manner.

? Should develop a visually rich environment and activity based learning.

? Handling all aspects of teaching and mentoring students.

? Should be able to assist and promote independent reading.

? Meeting parents during PTM & Interacting with them.

? Other school-related responsibilities.

? Developing self-confidence and a positive self-image.

? Lessons in a clear, well-organized and logical structure

? Create and decorate an engaging classroom environment that reflects the students' work and

encourages creativity.

? Ensure a safe and secure environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times.

? Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early

childhood education.

? Maintain eye contact and moves around the class with ease and interacts with students.

? Integrates information from other areas within and outside the lesson plan and gives relevant examples,

metaphors and analogies, use of creativity, humor and imagination to establish connections with

student's previous learning.

? Use of effective voice intonation to communicate and instructs using correct and appropriate language

and grammar.

? Be logical and clear in presentation of the introduction of lesson plan.

REQUIRED SKILLS

? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

? Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children.

? Strong classroom management skills while maintaining a positive and nurturing

? Phonics Skills Requirement:

? Proficiency in phonics instruction is preferred. However, candidates who do not possess this skill must commit to

acquiring phonics skills within 3 months of joining.

? Familiarity with phonics teaching methods, strategies, and materials is an advantage.

? Willingness to participate in training and professional development related to phonics instruction.

? Capable of handling Pre Primary students with latest pedagogical standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
