Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons Create a safe, caring, and engaging classroom environment Support children's social, emotional, and learning development Use play-based and activity-based teaching methods Observe and assess children's progress Maintain classroom discipline and routines Communicate with parents regularly Ensure children's health, safety, and hygiene

Educational Qualifications:

Education Qualification: Graduate + MTT/NTT/D.Ed Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education / Pre-Primary Teaching Teacher Training Certification preferred

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience in pre-primary (preferred)

Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of early childhood development Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage young children effectively Teacher Training Certification preferred

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
