Position Title: Junior KG Teacher

Department: Pre-Primary

Location: Sakinaka

Reporting To: Centre Head

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:

The Junior KG Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing, stimulating, and engaging learning environment for young children. The teacher will foster the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development of students through age appropriate activities and structured learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Classroom Management Maintain a safe, clean, and child-friendly classroom environment. Ensure daily routines and activities are followed as per the curriculum plan. Encourage positive behavior and manage the class with empathy and patience. Academic Responsibilities Implement the prescribed curriculum effectively through creative teaching methods. Plan and prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and learning materials. Conduct assessments and maintain student progress records regularly. Support students in achieving age-appropriate learning milestones. Child Development Promote holistic development including language, cognitive, motor, and social skills. Identify and support individual learning needs or behavioral concerns. Encourage participation in classroom activities through interactive and play-based learning. Collaborate with co-teachers, assistants, and coordinators to ensure smooth class functioning. Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs.

qualifications & Skills:

Education: Graduate in Early Childhood Education / Montessori /

D.Ed / ECCEd or equivalent qualification.

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience in a preprimary

or early childhood setting preferred.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Creativity and enthusiasm for early childhood education.

Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude toward children.

Organizational and time-management abilities.

Basic computer literacy (MS Office, digital teaching tools, etc.).

working Hours:

8:00AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday, 2 Saturdays half day (9:00 am

- 1:00 pm)
