Key responsibilities

Curriculum and lesson planning:

Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that introduce basic skills like language, math, and social interaction.

Classroom management:

Establish and maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment. This includes organizing nap and snack times and ensuring safety at all times.

Child development:

Observe and assess each child's development to help them improve their social skills, build self-esteem, and reach developmental milestones.

Parent communication:

Maintain regular and effective communication with parents to discuss their child's progress and needs.

Collaboration:

Work with other teachers and staff to enhance educational programs and activities.

Supportive environment:

Foster a positive learning atmosphere by using various techniques like storytelling, educational games, and hands-on activities.
