Adapt curriculum to meet the individual needs and learning styles of each child.
Classroom Management:
Maintain a well-organized and safe classroom environment.
Establish and enforce classroom rules and routines.
Manage student behavior effectively and with patience.
Supervise children during all activities, including indoor and outdoor play.
Assessment and Reporting:
Observe and assess each child's progress and development.
Maintain accurate records of student progress.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and progress.
Prepare progress reports and participate in parent-teacher conferences.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate effectively with other teachers and staff members.
Communicate openly and respectfully with parents.
Participate in school events and activities.
Professional Development:
Attend professional development workshops and training sessions to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
