Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging age-appropriate lessons and activities.

Use play-based and experiential learning methods to promote development.
Monitor and document children's progress and development.
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about children's progress and classroom activities.
Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom environment.
Implement classroom management strategies in line with the school's policies.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet diverse learning needs.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education / Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) / Montessori / ECCE.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a pre-primary or early childhood setting (freshers with strong passion may be considered).
Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Knowledge of child development and early learning best practices.
Basic computer literacy for classroom and communication purposes.
