Position: Pre-Primary Teacher

Location: Rising Star School, Marunji-Dattwadi, Pune

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team at Rising Star School The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating educational environment for young students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in core subjects such as reading, writing, mathematics, science, and social studies.

- Develop age-appropriate lesson plans and instructional materials.

- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

- Assess and monitor students' progress through observations, assignments, and tests.

- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about students' progress and needs.

- Use a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.

- Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a conducive learning environment.

- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.

- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated with educational practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.

- Valid teaching certification or licensure.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with primary school students.

- Strong understanding of child development and educational best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching young children.

- Ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Working Conditions:

- Full-time position with standard school hours.

- Occasional participation in school events and parent-teacher meetings outside regular hours.

- Collaborative and supportive school community.
