Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities based on early childhood education standards. Foster a warm, caring, and safe classroom environment where children feel comfortable to explore and learn. Encourage curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving through play-based learning. Support children in developing basic skills such as language, numbers, colors, and shapes. Monitor and assess student progress and maintain individual records. Manage classroom behavior and ensure safety and cleanliness at all times. Communicate regularly with parents regarding child development, learning progress, and classroom events. Collaborate with fellow teachers, assistants, and school staff to plan and improve teaching methods and curriculum. Attend staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions as required. Encourage inclusivity and respect for all cultures, backgrounds, and abilities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, or related field. Prior experience in a preschool or kindergarten setting . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children. Creative, energetic, and able to engage children through stories, music, games, and hands-on activities. Knowledge of child safety and hygiene standards.
