Eligibility Criteria

? Graduation in any stream
?

NTT / ECCEd / Montessori Diploma / B.Ed (Nursery/Pre-Primary specialization)

?

Minimum 1 year experience

in a formal preschool or kindergarten setting
? Fluency in English (spoken and written)
? Warm personality + classroom discipline + creative mindset
? Passion for child development and early learning

Key Responsibilities

Conduct structured yet playful learning sessions (rhymes, phonics, stories, art) Maintain a vibrant, safe, and joyful classroom environment Follow curriculum plans while promoting creative expression Track developmental milestones and maintain records Communicate regularly with parents and coordinate with coordinators Participate in events, celebrations, and workshops
