Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to join our early years' team. The ideal candidate will have a warm and engaging personality, excellent communication skills, and a child-centric approach to teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment for young learners (ages 2.5 to 5.5 years). Plan and implement age-appropriate, engaging activities in alignment with the school's curriculum and learning objectives. Foster physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development through structured and play-based learning. Use innovative and interactive teaching methods to encourage active participation. Monitor and assess student progress regularly and maintain accurate records. Establish positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development sessions. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting learning space. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the learning experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

Graduate in any discipline with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education / Montessori / Nursery Teacher Training. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a pre-primary or early years setting (freshers with relevant training may also apply). Strong command over spoken and written English. Passionate about working with young children. Creative, patient, empathetic, and energetic. Good classroom management and organizational skills. Familiarity with modern teaching tools and technologies.
