: Recognizing and accommodating the diverse needs and learning styles of each child in the classroom. Providing personalized attention and support to help children reach their full potential and develop foundational skills.
Parent Communication
: Maintaining open and ongoing communication with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns or achievements. Providing regular updates through meetings, emails, newsletters, or parent-teacher conferences.
Assessment and Evaluation
: Conducting informal assessments and observations to track each child's development and identify areas for improvement. Keeping detailed records of student progress and using assessment data to inform instructional strategies and interventions.
Collaboration
