Pre-Primary Teacher (Female)

to join our preschool team in

Yelahanka, Bangalore

. The ideal candidate should be passionate about early childhood education, with a strong understanding of child development and the ability to create a nurturing and engaging classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans and learning activities Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment Monitor and document each child's progress and development Use Montessori or play-based teaching methods effectively Engage students in interactive storytelling, art, music, and movement Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and behavior Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the classroom Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to plan school events and activities

Requirements:

NTT or Montessori Teacher Training certification (mandatory) 1-3 years of experience in a pre-primary or early childhood teaching role Strong communication and classroom management skills A friendly, patient, and energetic personality Proficiency in English; Kannada/Hindi is a plus Creativity in designing fun and educational classroom activities
