Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment where young children (ages 3-6) can grow emotionally, socially, physically, and cognitively. The Pre-Primary Teacher will use creative, age-appropriate teaching methods to foster curiosity, a love for learning, and foundational academic skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with early learning standards. Foster a warm, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment. Create lesson plans that include play-based, hands-on activities to support learning in literacy, numeracy, motor skills, and social-emotional development. Monitor and assess student progress regularly; provide feedback and maintain records. Support children in developing good habits including hygiene, manners, and self-care. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings, trainings, and school events. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment. Identify and support the individual learning needs of each child, including those with special needs. Uphold school policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Diploma or Montessori training is a plus). Prior experience in a pre-primary or nursery teaching role preferred. Strong understanding of early childhood development principles. Patience, creativity, enthusiasm, and strong interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and classroom management abilities. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a teaching team.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?32,000.00 per month
