Shree Bafna Public School is seeking a warm, creative, and energetic
Pre-Primary Teacher
to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will be someone who loves working with young children and can create a nurturing environment that fosters basic life skills, social interaction, and foundational academic learning.
Key Responsibilities
Foundational Learning:
Teach basic numeracy and literacy through play-way methods, songs, and storytelling.
Activity Planning:
Design and implement creative activities (drawing, clay modeling, music, and dance) to develop fine motor skills.
Child Safety & Care:
Ensure a safe, hygienic, and supervised environment for all children throughout the school day.
Social Development:
Encourage positive social behavior, sharing, and emotional regulation among students.
Parent Coordination:
Maintain a close link with parents regarding the child's daily progress, eating habits, and behavioral changes.
Classroom Decoration:
Maintain an attractive and colorful classroom environment that stimulates learning.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Graduate in any stream with
NTT (Nursery Teacher Training)
or
Montessori Training
or
D.El.Ed.
Soft Skills:
Extreme patience, high energy levels, and a motherly/nurturing disposition.
Communication:
Ability to speak and understand both Hindi and English clearly.
Creativity:
Skills in arts, crafts, and storytelling are highly valued.
