Key Responsibilities:

Create a safe and inclusive learning environment Build strong relationships with children and parents Track and report on students' progress Organize engaging activities and classroom events

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Creative and patient with a passion for working with children Ability to manage classroom routines effectively Strong organizational skills

Qualifications:

Montessori training or at least 6 months Minimum of 2 years of experience in pre-primary teaching
