Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pre-Primary Teacher to create a positive, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for young children. As a Pre-Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for designing and implementing age-appropriate activities, promoting social and emotional development, and fostering a love for learning in the early stages of childhood.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum for pre-primary children in accordance with school guidelines. Create and organize engaging learning activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Assess and evaluate the progress of each child, providing feedback to parents and guardians. Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where children can thrive and explore. Establish and maintain a positive relationship with students, parents, and colleagues. Manage classroom behavior in a positive, constructive manner. Plan and organize field trips, events, and other extracurricular activities. Prepare and maintain teaching materials and resources for daily lessons. Monitor and support children's learning through observation and assessments. Encourage children to develop their creativity, independence, and confidence. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, challenges, and overall well-being. Participate in professional development programs to stay up-to-date with educational practices and techniques. Ensure compliance with school policies and educational standards.
