Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate

Pre-Primary Teacher

to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for working with young children (ages 2-6), a creative approach to teaching, and the ability to create a warm, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment. Freshers with strong communication skills and a love for teaching are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:1. Classroom Management & Teaching

Plan and conduct daily lessons and activities that promote the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development of children. Use play-based and interactive teaching methods suitable for early learners. Maintain a cheerful, engaging, and safe classroom environment. Encourage curiosity, creativity, and positive behavior in students.

2. Child Development & Observation

Observe each child's progress and maintain records of individual development. Identify any learning or behavioral issues and communicate them to the supervisor or parents. Support the emotional well-being and confidence of each child.

3. Communication & Collaboration

Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and participation. Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to ensure smooth functioning of the class. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.

4. Classroom Organization & Safety

Maintain hygiene and safety in the classroom. Organize learning materials, toys, and resources effectively. Follow all school policies and child protection guidelines

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
