CSSWS School is seeking a passionate and qualified Pre-Primary Teacher to join our expanding academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a creative approach to early childhood education, and the ability to nurture young minds in accordance with CBSE norms.

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging lessons in foundational concepts, language, numeracy, and values for children aged 3-6 years. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment. Prepare lesson plans, reports, and maintain student records as per CBSE and school guidelines. Organize co-curricular and extra-curricular activities for holistic development. Collaborate with colleagues and parents to adapt learning strategies as needed. Support the school in maintaining discipline and positive classroom management.

Qualifications (As per CBSE Norms):

Minimum 10+2 (Senior Secondary) with at least 50% marks and Certificate/Diploma in Pre-primary/Early Childhood Teacher Training (from a recognized institute, 1-2 years program)

OR

Graduate degree with Diploma/Certificate/Post Graduate Diploma in Pre-Primary/Early Childhood Education/Human Development/Home Science

OR

B.El.Ed. (Bachelor of Elementary Education) / B.Ed. (with specialization in Early Childhood/Pre-Primary Education)

OR

Three years post-qualification experience in the relevant field is desirable. Preference will be given to candidates with Craft Instructor Certificate (CIC) in Early Childhood Education.
