Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will foster a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development of children aged 2.5 to 3 years.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the early childhood curriculum. Foster a classroom environment that is inclusive, creative, and supportive. Encourage children's independence and self-expression through play-based and activity-based learning. Observe, assess, and document students' progress regularly and communicate effectively with parents and guardians. Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom. Support the social and emotional development of children, modeling positive behavior and communication. Collaborate with co-teachers, assistants, and administrative staff. Ensure safety and well-being of all children at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma/Certificate in Early Childhood Education (ECCE) or a related field. Previous experience (1-3 years) in a pre-primary or early learning environment preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children. Ability to plan and organize engaging activities. Basic knowledge of child psychology and development. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
