Position: Pre Primary Teacher (Female)

Locations: Punjabi Bagh & Greater Kailash, Delhi

Centre Name: Think Right Education Centre

Position Type & Compensation:

• Full-Time: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM | Salary: ₹40,000 per month
• Part-Time: 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM | Salary: ₹30,000 per month
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days per week)

Educational Requirements:

• Graduate/Post-Graduate/Diploma in relevant fields.
• Minimum 5+ years of preschool teaching experience.
• Bond Requirement: Two-year bond commitment required.

Responsibilities:

Good Communication & Presentation skills

Quick learner & Passionate to teach

Preschool/primary school experience will be preferred

Confident & courteous candidate required.

Potential to handle kids from 1 year till 8 years of age.

Capable of presenting lessons with instructions and use visual and audio aids to facilitate learning sessions

Good judgement skills to evaluate students progress and create progress reports to be shared with parents

Collaborate with parents, other teachers, and stakeholders, and attend regular meetings

Observe student behavior and report the same to parents on regular basis.

Flexible to learn different ways of teaching and implementing the same to meet the interests and learning styles of students as per our fixed plan.

Capable of creating a safe and inclusive learning environment
