Job Summary

We are seeking a caring, energetic, and creative

PPRT Teacher

to handle Pre-Primary classes (Nursery, LKG, UKG). The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of early childhood education principles and the ability to create a joyful, safe, and engaging learning environment that supports the holistic development of young learners.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver age-appropriate, play-based, and activity-oriented lessons aligned with early childhood learning frameworks. Foster development in foundational literacy, numeracy, motor skills, social skills, and emotional well-being. Create a warm, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity and confidence. Use storytelling, music, art, games, and hands-on activities to enhance learning outcomes. Observe, assess, and document each child's progress and developmental milestones. Maintain classroom discipline while ensuring a positive and supportive atmosphere. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, behavior, and developmental needs. Organize and participate in school events, celebrations, theme-based activities, and exhibitions. Ensure child safety, hygiene, and well-being at all times within the school premises.
Qualifications and SkillsEducation

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education / Pre-Primary Teacher Training (NTT / D.Ed / ECCE / Montessori or equivalent).
Experience

Minimum

2-4 years

of teaching experience in a recognized pre-primary or kindergarten school.
Skills

Strong understanding of early childhood development and learning methodologies. Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues. Creativity in lesson planning and classroom activities. Patience, empathy, and a child-centric approach to teaching. Ability to manage classroom routines and transitions effectively. Familiarity with basic digital tools and smart classroom aids is an advantage.
Additional Requirements

Ability to support children beyond classroom hours when required. Participation in school planning, parent interactions, and community-building activities. High levels of responsibility, enthusiasm, and commitment to child development.

As per our food and accommodation policy, employees who relocate will be provided meals free of cost on the school campus. Accommodation, however, will need to be arranged independently outside the campus, whether you choose to relocate alone or with your family.
