Pre-Primary (PPR) Teacher

Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the early childhood curriculum. Create a stimulating and safe classroom environment. Foster holistic development - cognitive, physical, emotional, and social - through play-based and activity-based learning. Use storytelling, rhymes, games, and other creative methods to teach foundational literacy and numeracy. Encourage curiosity, exploration, and independence among children. Maintain positive communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities. Observe and assess student behavior and development, and provide feedback or referrals where necessary. Ensure classroom cleanliness, safety, and adherence to health protocols. Collaborate with other educators and staff for planning and school activities. Participate in school events, training, and professional development as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. Diploma/Certification in Nursery Teachers Training (NTT), Montessori, or ECCE (Early Childhood Care and Education) is preferred. Proven experience in teaching pre-primary or primary level students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong classroom management and observation abilities. Passionate about working with young children and fostering early learning.
