Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate learning activities. Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning. Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment. Responsibilities:Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate the intellectual and social growth of children in kindergarten Design and follow a complete teaching plan in accordance with school guidelines and goals Organize learning materials and resources, ensuring a tidy and engaging classroom Use a variety of instructional strategies to meet the diverse needs of students Observe and evaluate children's performance, behavior, social development, and physical health Maintain open communication with parents and provide regular updates on their child's progress Collaborate with other teachers and administrators in curriculum planning and school-wide initiatives Ensure the health and safety of all students
