Homeroom / Lead / Mother Teacher Plan & Execute Curriculum and Operations of respective subject in conjunction with expectations Apply curriculum knowledge and teaching methods which facilitate successful learning. Lesson Planning and Delivery Facilitate the long-term development of creative teaching and learning Framing of QP, Answer keys and Report cards of respective subject Regular assessments and assessment reports Observational report for Learning Journeys (portfolios for students) Morning circle times and routines Efficiently Plan and Manage Events with section coordinators Parent & Teacher Connect PTM Communications Retention of students and parents Be a change agent - follow and spread school ethos among peers and colleagues by continuously equipping self and team with new trends in education
