Volunteer Role: Pre-Primary Education Research & Curriculum Support (Unpaid)

About the Role

We are seeking passionate and experienced volunteers to contribute to our

Early Childhood Education & Development Program

. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in pre-primary education and a keen interest in pedagogy, lesson planning, and curriculum structuring. Volunteers will play a vital role in supporting curriculum research, developing lesson frameworks, and creating effective assessment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Research and contribute to innovative approaches in

early childhood pedagogy

. Support

lesson planning and structuring

for pre-primary learners. Assist in designing

assessment tools

aligned with developmental milestones. Apply

creative thinking

to curriculum development and activity design. Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and lesson plans using

MS Word and Excel

. Collaborate with the team to enhance

holistic learning experiences

for young children.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

Minimum

15 years of experience

in pre-primary or early childhood education. Strong knowledge of

pedagogy and child-centered learning methods

. Experience in

curriculum design, lesson planning, and assessment planning

. Proficiency in

Microsoft Word and Excel

.

Creative and research-oriented mindset

. (Bonus) Experience with

Montessori education

.
