Take charge of the class during substitutions, ensuring continuity of learning and smooth classroom management when the main teacher is unavailable.
Ensure the safety, comfort, and overall well-being of all students, maintaining a warm, caring, and attentive environment.
Assist children during learning activities, playtime, snack time, and transitions, providing guidance and encouragement as needed.
