Academic & Curriculum Management:

Develop and implement an engaging, age-appropriate curriculum aligned with early childhood education principles. Ensure lesson plans, teaching strategies, and activities support holistic child development. Monitor and enhance classroom teaching by conducting regular observations and feedback sessions. Organize interactive learning experiences that promote creativity, communication, and critical thinking.

Teacher Supervision & Training:

Guide and mentor pre-primary teachers to enhance teaching quality and classroom management. Conduct regular training workshops and professional development sessions. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment for teachers.

Student Development & Well-being:

Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for young learners. Monitor students' emotional, social, and cognitive development. Implement strategies for early intervention in case of learning difficulties or behavioral concerns.

Parent Communication & Engagement:

Build strong relationships with parents through regular meetings, workshops, and progress reports. Address parental concerns and provide guidance on early childhood education best practices. Organize parent-teacher interactions and engagement activities.

School Administration & Coordination:

Collaborate with school leadership to plan and implement policies for the pre-primary section. Manage and maintain student records, attendance, and progress reports. Assist in admissions by conducting parent orientations and student assessments.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
