Key Responsibilities:
Oversee academic planning and daily operations of the pre-primary section
Implement CBSE-aligned early years curriculum and age-appropriate pedagogy
Mentor, guide, and support pre-primary teachers
Monitor lesson plans, classroom activities, and student progress
Coordinate with parents, teachers, and school leadership
Ensure child safety, well-being, and compliance with school policies
Organize events, activities, and assessments for pre-primary classes
Eligibility & Skills:
Graduation/Post-Graduation with
NTT / ECCE / Montessori / B.Ed (preferred)
Minimum
3-5 years of teaching experience
in pre-primary, with coordination experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of CBSE early years framework and child-centric practices
