Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Prepress Executive who is proficient in ArtPro+ and Esko Automation tools to join our printing & packaging team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in mono carton prepress, especially MetPET jobs, and be capable of preparing error-free print-ready files for production.

Exp Req.: 2 to 5 years

Skill Required :

Strong knowledge of mono carton printing and finishing processes.

Proficiency in ArtPro+, DeskPack, and Esko Automation Engine.

Understanding of MetPET jobs, including white plate preparation and special finishes.

Knowledge of printing processes: Offset, UV, and coatings.

Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and commitment to deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

-Handle prepress operations using ArtPro+ and Esko Automation Engine.

-Prepare, edit, and finalize print-ready files for mono cartons, including MetPET substrates.

-Perform trapping, step & repeat, color separation, and proofing as per printing requirements.

-Check artworks for die-lines, barcodes, text, colors, and other critical parameters.

-Ensure file accuracy and smooth handover to the production team.

-Collaborate with the design, QA, and production teams to resolve any prepress issues.

-Maintain prepress documentation.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
