Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This role is crucial in shaping the foundational learning experiences of young children aged 3 to 6, fostering cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development through a nurturing, engaging, and play-based curriculum. The ideal candidate will create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child. With a strong commitment to child-centered learning, the teacher will design and implement age-appropriate, activity-based lessons aligned with developmental milestones. Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate, and activity-based lesson plans using play-way learning methodologies.

• Create a safe, warm, and stimulating classroom environment that supports exploration, creativity, and emotional well-being.

• Facilitate daily learning through structured play, storytelling, music, art, movement, and sensory activities.

• Monitor and document each child's progress through observation, informal assessments, and individual learning profiles.

• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to share insights on child development and support home-school connections.

• Maintain classroom organization, hygiene, and safety standards in alignment with institutional policies.

• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and curriculum planning workshops.

• Foster inclusivity and respect for diversity in all classroom interactions and activities.

Requirements
Requirements:

• Graduate / HSC with D.Ed./ qualification or Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent, with a specialisation in Early Childhood Education.

• 1-5 years of hands-on experience in teaching pre-primary or kindergarten-level children.

• Proven ability to plan and implement activity-based and play-way learning programs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and colleagues.

• Strong understanding of child development principles and early learning frameworks.

• Creativity, patience, and a genuine passion for working with young children.

• Proficiency in using basic classroom technology and digital tools for teaching and documentation.

• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs and developmental stages.
