Job Summary

The Pre-Packaging Executive plays a critical role in ensuring that cheese products meet quality, safety, and presentation standards before packaging. This position manages final-stage operations including weight sorting, thread flaming, metal detection, quality checks, and documentation while maintaining strict hygiene and food safety protocols. The role acts as a key interface between production, quality assurance, and packaging teams to ensure smooth workflow and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Weight Sorting & Standardization

: Ensure accurate weight-wise segregation of cheese bars and maintain batch consistency.

Thread Flaming & Finishing

: Perform flaming operations to remove threads and ensure visual quality.

Metal Detection & Product Control

: Operate metal detectors and document non-conforming products.

Quality Assurance Checks

: Conduct QA inspections and coordinate corrective actions.

Packaging Readiness & Coordination

: Ensure products are ready for packaging handover.

Hygiene & Food Safety Compliance

: Maintain GMP, hygiene, and safety standards.

Data Recording & Reporting

: Maintain records for sorting, deviations, inventory, and audits.

Qualifications

B.Tech / B.Sc in Dairy Technology or Food Technology 0-1 year experience in food processing or manufacturing Freshers are welcome with strong learning orientation
Skills & Competencies

Strong attention to detail and quality orientation Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and GMP practices Ability to follow SOPs and compliance requirements Basic data handling and record-keeping skills Team coordination and communication skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
