Job Summary:

The Pre-Packaging Executive is responsible for overseeing the final processing stages of

cheese before packaging. This includes weight sorting, flaming for threads, metal detection,

quality assurance analysis, maintaining inventory data, and preparing the cheese bar for

packaging while upholding high standards of hygiene and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

? Weight Sorting:

Ensure cheese bars are accurately sorted by weight, ensuring consistency across

batches.

? Thread Flaming:

Manage the flaming process to remove any threads, ensuring the cheese's appearance

and texture meet required standards.

? Metal Detection and Rejection:

Lead Operation of metal detection equipment, ensuring any non-compliant products

are identified, rejected, and properly documented.

? Quality Assurance (QA) Analysis:

Conduct QA checks on the cheese bars, ensuring they meet all company quality

specifications before packaging.

? Packaging Preparation:

Ensure that all products are correctly processed and ready for handover to the

packaging team, coordinating with them to maintain workflow.

? Hygiene and Safety:

Ensure high levels of hygiene and safety are maintained in the pre-packaging area at

all times.

? Data Management:

Maintain records related to weight sorting, rejections, inventory data, and other

relevant information for internal reporting.

Qualifications:

? B.Tech/B.Sc in Dairy Technology or Food Technology.

? 0-1 year of experience in a food processing environment (Freshers are welcome).

Skills:

? Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

? Familiarity with food safety and hygiene protocols.

? Ability to manage a team effectively.

? Basic data management skills for record-keeping and reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?250,000.00 - ?350,000.00 per year
