to join our Early Years team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children (typically 4-5 years old) in preparation for formal schooling.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lessons that align with the school's curriculum and early childhood learning outcomes. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity and a love of learning. Support children's physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development through structured and play-based activities. Use various assessment tools to monitor and document student progress. Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student development, achievements, and concerns. Collaborate with fellow teachers, assistants, and support staff to create a cohesive learning experience. Incorporate differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners. Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, staff training, and other professional development opportunities. Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom. Follow school policies and adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field (required). Teaching certification/licensure (as required by local education authorities). Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with children in early years or kindergarten settings. Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices. Familiarity with [Insert Curriculum, e.g., EYFS, Reggio Emilia, Montessori, IB PYP] is a plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills. A patient, enthusiastic, and compassionate approach to teaching young children.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
