Job Description

We are looking for a loving, patient, and enthusiastic Mother Teacher for our Pre-Nursery Class (ages 2 to 3 years).

The ideal candidate should have a warm personality, a passion for early childhood care, and the ability to create a joyful, secure, and playful environment for our youngest learners. The Mother Teacher will nurture the earliest stages of development and provide gentle guidance as children take their first steps into structured learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct simple, play-based, and sensory activities suitable for 2-3-year-olds to support their early cognitive, social, emotional, and motor development. Create a warm, safe, and comforting classroom atmosphere where children feel loved and secure. Observe each child's daily progress, needs, and routines, ensuring their safety, happiness, and well-being. Encourage early social skills, sharing, and positive behavior through guided play and group interactions. Maintain regular communication with parents about daily updates, routines, and each child's development. Work closely with fellow teachers to ensure a supportive, caring, and well-structured environment. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the classroom at all times.

Qualifications:

Diploma or certification in Early Childhood Education (NTT, ECCE, or equivalent). Prior experience working with toddlers or in a pre-nursery/preschool setting. A nurturing, patient, and creative approach to working with very young children. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of early childhood growth and developmental stages.
