We are looking for a caring, creative, and energetic

Nursery Teacher

to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about working with young children and have the skills to create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for learners aged 3 to 5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote overall development--cognitive, emotional, physical, and social. Introduce early literacy, numeracy, motor skills, and creative expression through play-based and activity-oriented learning. Maintain a warm, safe, and welcoming classroom atmosphere. Monitor and document students' progress and behavior, and maintain records. Develop creative teaching materials and learning resources. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff. Conduct parent-teacher meetings and share student development updates. Follow the school's curriculum, routines, and safety procedures. Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school functions.

Requirements:

Diploma in Early Childhood Education / NTT / D.El.Ed / B.Ed (preferred). FRESHERS / Proven experience of 1-3 years as a nursery or kindergarten teacher (preferred). Excellent verbal communication and storytelling skills. Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for working with young children. Creative, energetic, and organized approach to teaching. Basic computer skills and ability to integrate technology in classroom activities.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of phonics, rhymes, and early learning methodologies. Familiarity with Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or play-way learning approaches. Ability to design engaging classroom displays and creative projects. Strong classroom management and observation skills.
