A Pre-Nursery Teacher is responsible for nurturing and educating toddlers aged 2 to 3 in a safe, engaging, and age-appropriate learning environment. This role involves developing creative lesson plans, fostering social skills, and ensuring the well-being of young children. Key Responsibilities: Create a stimulating and secure classroom environment. Develop age-appropriate curriculum and activities. Observe and assess child development. Maintain communication with parents. Ensure health and safety protocols. Collaborate with colleagues for an integrated learning experience. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred). Patience, empathy, and a passion for early childhood education.
