We are seeking dynamic, creative, and passionate

Early Years Educators

to join our vibrant team at Maxfort International School. The teacher will be responsible for nurturing the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development of children through play-based and experiential learning methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and learning. Plan and implement age-appropriate, theme-based lesson plans aligned with the school's early years curriculum. Facilitate hands-on learning experiences in literacy, numeracy, arts, music, and physical development. Foster positive social interactions, independence, and emotional well-being among children. Communicate effectively with parents through regular updates, meetings, and feedback on child progress. Maintain daily records of attendance, class activities, and student progress. Collaborate with co-teachers and coordinators for planning and assessments. Ensure the safety and hygiene of children at all times. Focus on sensory and motor skill development through play. Encourage basic language development and early socialization. Support personal independence.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

NTT / B.Ed (Early Childhood Education preferred)

Experience:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a reputed school in an early years setting.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for early childhood teaching Ability to plan engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences Strong classroom management and organizational abilities

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
